Shipping policy

Please give us 1-2 days to process your order and to receive tracking.  Orders can take 3-5 days to be delivered.

Once order has shipped and you have received tracking please wait the time frame listed at checkout to know your tracking status. Due to Covid19 shipping has been taking longer and is out of our control.  If the time has exceeded that is listed please call USPS or UPS to get information about an updated estimated time of arrival please. 

Holiday time please give additional time for shipping due to a larger amount of orders are being sent out. 

We do check on the status of orders as well from the beginning to end process. 

 Note: We will  not be responsible for stolen or lost packages. We will however do anything in our power to help you in this situation.
